Dan Melaugh
Dan is responsible for operational management of the Investment and Asset Management teams at EquityMultiple and is a member of the Investment Committee. He joined EquityMultiple from iStar, Inc. (NYSE: STAR) where he was a member of the investment team. Along with the structured finance, land development and net lease businesses, he was a key member of the team which incubated and took public Safehold, Inc. (NYSE: SAFE), the first publicly traded company designed to create and own ground leases. Prior to his tenure at iStar, Dan was on the originations team in the New York office of Fremont Investment & Loan, a California-based bridge and construction lender.

Milan Parekh
Milan is responsible for the oversight and management of the Investments team at Equity Multiple. His team handles the entire execution process from sourcing and underwriting to due diligence and structuring for all new equity and debt investments on the platform. Milan joined EquityMultiple from Mercer Street Partners, a NY based real estate private equity firm, which he co-founded and helped lead all transaction and portfolio management activities for a diversified real estate portfolio. Prior to that Milan held previous roles in acquisitions and capital markets with United Realty Trust and CW Capital. He began his real estate career in acquisitions with First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR) as a member of the acquisitions team for both balance sheet and JV funds. Milan received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
